Beauty Bailout for 20 Well Deserving Men or Women

Do you know someone who has lost their job and needs a salon makeover before going on an interview? Do you know a single parent who struggles with the concept of spending time and attention on themselves? Do you have a loved one who has survived a traumatic medical or health event? How about a
relative who simply has not grown out of that awful 80's hairstyle!? Over permed? Over straightened? How many of your friends or family members do you feel are candidates for a BEAUTY BAILOUT? There is no limit to the number of nominations you can make. This contest is open to men and women of all ages.

A panel of celebrity judges will review all nominations and select twenty finalists who will receive full-service attention from the style experts at Haven Salon. This generous bailout includes fresh hair color, a new hair cut and a great new style; as well as top shelf styling products to maintain your awesome new look! Finalists will also have before and after photographs
made at the salon to document this momentous occasion.

Helen is motivated by giving back to the community that has supported her over the years. She is determined to bring this STLYING STIMULUS to our community and provide hope in the form of confidence. Hope for twenty winners; twenty who have endured economic challenges or personal struggles.
Haven Salon's STYLING STIMULUS intends to generate confidence in the twenty contest winners. Confidence that will help them move forward into the new year.

How to Participate

Once you have identified your candidate, simply submit their story, their current picture and the reasons you believe they would benefit from a BEAUTY BAILOUT. Submittals [text and jpeg files] can be made three ways:

  2. Snail mail it to Haven Salon Attn: Beauty Bailout, 121 N. Churton Street, Suite 2D, Hillsborough 27278
  3. Or you may drop off your nomination at Haven Salon Tuesday through Friday from 9am until 8pm and Saturday from 9am until 4pm.

Nominations must be received by Haven Salon by the close of business on Saturday, March 14th, 2009. Judging of the candidate stories and pictures will take place soon afterward with the twenty winners announced on Tuesday March 31st.

The official list of winners will be published in the News of Orange April 1st edition as well as posted at Haven Salon, their website, and numerous locations throughout the town of Hillsborough.
